Security Deposit Terms and Conditions

The security deposit, if any, furnished by the student shall be returned within fourteen (14) days (without interest) after its release from the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA). Generally, the ICA takes about 6 weeks to process the refund / release of the deposit provided the student has not breached the condition(s) for the issue of student pass. The following are circumstances that will apply for the cessation of student pass

• On completion of tuition course

• On student’s early termination of tuition course

• On receipt of student’s written notice of withdrawal
