Policy on Unethical Sales Tactics

Intaglio Tuition Centre is strict in regard to compliance with ethical standards. Our agents are accredited with reputable organisations that fair business practices. During staff orientation and customer service training, we emphasise on correct sales behaviour to promote our courses.

We have procedures to deal with errant staff that employs unethical or unfair practices. Those who breached the instruction are given warning letters if found guilty. Repeated offenders may face disciplinary action or even dismissal if they persist in such unlawful  acts. A record of those found guilty of using unethical sales tactics is maintained to ensure that such undesirable behaviour does not arise.
