Student Admin Matters

Policy on Over and Under Charging

Our Centre takes a serious view in regard to overcharging of students. Service staff are thoroughly briefed on all types of tuition/non-tuition fees and other service charges. Any change in our will be published in our student handouts, leaflets, flyers and in our website.

A schedule of our various fees is given to our customer service staff to ensure they are well informed to avoid any over or undercharging. It is our practice to conduct a thorough briefing before any new implementation of fees in our meeting with front line staff. We impressed on them the need to adopt good sales tactics and ethics to uphold our good business practices.

A staff who does not implement the correct charging of tuition and non-tuition fees,  resulting in overcharging/undercharging will be counselled and appropriately dealt with by his/her supervisor. A repeated offender will be disciplined and given letter of warning. For serious breaches, disciplinary action would be taken, not ruling out in some instance, the dismissal of the unrepentant guilty party.
