Student Admin Matters

Effective Modes of Notification

Our mode of communication is determined by subject matter :

• Course fees, non-tuition & other charges, pre-requisites for entry to courses, exam details
• Regulatory matters affecting students e.g. I.C.A. requirement.
• School and discipline matters
• Re-scheduling of classes, Time-off to seek medical attention and personal matters

As a rule of thumb, communications that have financial and regulatory impact on the students are conveyed by mail carrying the signature of our official to ensure they are issued under proper authority.  Routine communications that do not carry financial and regulatory compliance will generally be done by email.

For matters that are deemed personal and the need to convey expeditiously, we may resort to the telephone to ensure the student receives the information soonest to allow sufficient time for their response.

Our administration staff had been briefed on the need to implement the most effective mode of communication relative to the need situation.
